Fantastic opportunity to work for a growing charity offering adaptive sports for people with disabilities. The role will include boat driving and coaching/ instructing (for waterskiing, wakeboarding & inflatables). The position is varied, full training and support is provided.

 Main responsibilities:

• Boat driving for waterskiing, wakeboarding & inflatables
• Coaching (waterski/ wakeboard/ trick)
• Instructing disabled skiers (providing support in the water)
• Assisting with additional on site activities
• Assisting with the day to day running and maintenance of the site, buildings, boat & equipment

Skills and Experience ...

• Ski Boat Driver Level 2 or RYA equivalent
• BWSW qualified coach or experience within the watersports industry
• Disability experience useful but not essential
• We're looking for a motivated & adaptable individual with excellent communication skills, who can work well on their own or as part of a team.

• RYA Powerboat Level 2
• BWSW Level 1
