Following huge success in 2024, we are excited to announce the launch of our 2025 Women and Girls Taster sessions

In 2024, British Water Ski & Wakeboard delivered its first national programme of Women and Girls Taster sessions, and we were delighted that hundreds of female participants attended the clubs and facilities that were part of that initiative.

This year, we are working with more of our clubs/centres to deliver the 2025 programme which will be even bigger and better than last year.  The programme has been designed specifically for women and girls who are either taking up or returning to the sport, inviting you to be a part of our community. Participants can benefit from a variety of options, dependent upon location. 

Stats show that women and girls are much less likely to participate in sport and physical activity than men and boys, we recognise that we need to provide extra support and additional opportunities to grow our female participant base. With the support of our clubs/centres, we are offering specific women & girls taster sessions for you/your family and friends, to get involved and benefit from our exciting sport and welcoming community.

We ask that you share this information and fantastic opportunity with your female friends and family and encourage more women and girls to get out on the water!
