Senior GB Waterskiers Win Big at Euros

Great Britain’s squad of senior waterskiers is coming home from the 2024 Europe & Africa Over-35s Waterski Championships in Spain with some welcome excess baggage. They picked up a big haul of medals, including five golds.

For the first time in more than two decades, the UK has hosted the IWWF European & African Cable Wakeboard and Wakeskate Championships and the home nation was rewarded with two medals.

Two GB waterskiers made the podium at the 2024 Masters in Georgia, USA, with Joel Poland becoming Men’s Jump Champion and taking third place in Men’s Tricks. Will Asher was runner up in Men’s Slalom.
