The New Year's Honours List for 2019 recognises the achievements and service of extraordinary people across the United Kingdom and as usual includes many from across the sporting sector. Huge congratulations from everyone at BWSW to Alan Murray Chief Operating Officer, Waterski & Wakeboard Scotland who has been awarded an MBE for “services to Water Skiing”.

Alan has been the driving force behind the sport and the National Training Site, Dunfermline for 40 years and the award very much recognises his huge contribtion to the sport as both an employee and in his many voluntary roles over many years.
