GB Teenagers at Junior World Waterski Championships

A squad of six talented British youngsters is in Canada after being selected to compete at the 2024 IWWF World Under 17 Waterski Championships. The competition starts on Thursday 1 August.
The squad is made up of five boys and a girl. Five of the skiers will form the GB Team and one has been selected as an individual wildcard.
The six are Issy Cosgrove (12) and her brother James (14), Harley Coster (14), Charlie Fearn (14), Seb Turp (16) and Harrison Crossland (17).
James Cosgrove is the wildcard and will compete in slalom and tricks.
Issy is one of the youngest competitors at the World Championships. She is the current British Under 14 Girls’ slalom record holder. She will compete in all three events of slalom, tricks and jump.

Harley, Charlie and Seb will also compete in slalom, tricks and jump and Harrison will compete in slalom and tricks.

The Championships take place on man-made waterski lakes at Predator Bay, Calgary, Alberta, from 1st to 4th August.
